Vice President of Operations, Client Services
Michael McMath serves as the vice president of operations, client services. Michael has over 30 years of successful leadership experience in corporate level facilities management, contracting and procurement. He has held senior management positions with Compass Group, Wal-Mart and Alcoa. He has effectively managed annual maintenance budgets exceeding $1 billion dollars. He has operational experience with multi-unit national retail, industrial plant-manufacturing-operations and military base operations. Michael has developed and executed innovative cost savings initiatives specific to: asset management, inventory reduction, labor efficiency programs, net funds flow, customized consignment arrangements and CMMS initiatives. He has led process redesign initiatives and ISO registrations.
He retired from the US Army as a Lieutenant Colonel and the Deputy Director of Contingency Contracting for the XVIII Airborne Corps. He has global experience in strategic operations, planning and facilities management and has led international disaster recovery teams for the Department of Defense.
He has attained graduate degrees in industrial management and program management and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Florida State University. He is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College (DSMC) and the United States Army Command and General Staff College. He attained level III certification as a Department of Defense Acquisition Corps Contracting Officer and was a warranted purchasing officer.
