Frank Kelly joined SMS Assist in March 2018 as senior vice president of customer service. In his role, Kelly provides the best tools and experience to our operations specialists so they can deliver amazing customer service to SMS Assist’s customers and affiliates.

With over 25 years of senior operations and general management experience in the customer service space, Frank has supported many iconic brands including Apple, USAA, FedEx, Microsoft and Google. Most recently, Frank served as the senior vice president of domestic operations at The Results Companies, where he was responsible for 4,200 employees in 15 sites across the US. Prior to that, Frank built an innovative and award-winning work-at-home business called CloudSource for Sutherland Global Services.

Prior to joining Sutherland, Frank was the chief operating officer for Teleperformance USA where he was responsible for over 30,000 employees in 30 centers across the US, Philippines and India. Mr. Kelly also served as the chief executive officer at TRG Customer Solutions and senior vice president at Convergys Corporation where he led over 33,000 employees in 40 operating centers around the world.

Mr. Kelly has a B.S in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
