Jamie Cusack is an experienced operations, technology, and business strategy professional who has advised clients in the retail, industrial equipment, transportation and logistics, utilities, pulp and paper, telecommunications and for-profit education industries. Throughout his career he has demonstrated strong analytic abilities used to quickly identify problem areas and devise and implement solutions for process optimization, revenue growth, and cost reduction.
Prior to SMS Assist, Mr. Cusack was a vice president in AlixPartners’ Enterprise Improvement practice where he led numerous initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and closely advise C-suite clients. Mr. Cusack has developed and executed programs to improve profitability through process reengineering, business model enhancement, organizational restructuring, and technology infrastructure rationalization. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a manager at Accenture where he served Fortune 100 clients in the retail and industrial equipment industries.
Mr. Cusack earned his M.B.A. from The Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago with concentrations in analytic finance and accounting. He earned his bachelor of science in business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with concentrations in finance and computer information systems.
